Austin McDevitt, 24, of Belmont, murder, 29 years in prison, restitution $1468.57.
Carlton Munro, 29, of Old Orchard Beach, burglary, three years in prison, all but 107 days suspended, probation two years, restitution $396.26; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 107 days in jail.
